Scoop out an almond sized amount and use a shaving brush to work up a lather. Apply to beard and wait 2 minutes to allow hair to soften. Cream may also be applied directly to the face and worked into a lather using your fingers. Shave and rinse. Ideally shave straight after a shower or hold a hot, wet towel over your face for a few minutes to soften the hairs.

I have used a number of other branded creams but you have got to be kidding me. This stuff is the best. I cant believe how little of the product you need to get a lather going and once you start the shave, how smooth and effortless it is. The sent is out standing. Righto, I am sold on this brand and Mr Taylor's has got to be on your hit list.

Love the scent of your his cream ,it's one of the least known among tobs creams but also one of the Better ones ...fantastic shave and as with all tobs products excellent value for money

Good but leaves irritation

I have used this now for several shaves and have found for my face it leaves the shaved area quiet red afterwards. So I have ordered the sensible skin one. It may be the shavette blades doing it so have changed for a new one, May not have been good blades. It has a pleasant fragrance and is very easy to lather in a porcelin bowl.I have also ordered a new Badger brush as it may be that as well, the one I am using I have had for a very long time.

Nice lather subtle fragrance

This is a very pleasantly fragranced cream that lathers well and leaves a subtle fragrance on the skin that is not overpowering. Reminds me of an old fashioned barber shop.
