Baxter of California Herbal Mint Toner cleanses, hydrates, tones, and banishes shine with mild herbal extracts, leaving skin refreshed with a matte finish. This product further prepares the skin to receive further product like serums and hydrators.Antioxidants and Vitamins protect against free radicals and environmental damage. Allantoin conditions the skin whilst a botanical blend of cooling cucumber, mint, and witch hazel reduces visible redness and balance oil production.
