Baxter Hard Water Pomade provides all-day control without stiffness. Designed to easily blend into and rinse out of hair, this water-based, firm-hold styling formula is enhanced with elastic fibers, and provides dimension and textured separation to a range of hairstyles. Rub a small amount of pomade into the palm of your hand and apply to damp or dry hair. (Applying product to wet hair will provide more of a wet-look finish. Applications to dry hair will give less definition, but more of a matte-natural look).
